I am so pleased with Tim Chopp and his staff at Insurance Innovations in Grafton, WI. We moved our home and auto to Insurance Innovations earlier this year, then one month ago, my 19-year-old daughter crashed her car when she hit a deer going approximately 50 miles an hour in Mequon. Thankfully, my daughter was not injured. Adding to my gratitude is the fact that my insurance provider immediately jumped into action, providing her with a loaner car and got the damaged car into a body shop very quickly. The work on the car was done very thoroughly and no one would ever know that it had been in a major accident and the turnaround time was brief and impressive. Thank you Tim and staff for providing such a quality service!
