Sarah Lynn is a Customer Service Agent at Insurance Innovations, Inc. She grew up in Grafton, WI; graduating High School in 1994 where she continues to have many strong family ties. After graduating High School she became a member of the Women’s Auxiliary for the Grafton Fire Department and a Reserve Police Officer for the Grafton Police Department for approximately 7 years. She then went to work for Conservative BPA in Germantown as Claims Processor/Data Entry, where she processed Medical and Dental Claims.
Prior to joining the team at Insurance Innovations, she was a team member with the Koehler Insurance Agency for over 8 years as the receptionist along with balancing many other duties. Koehler Insurance then merged with Ansay & Associates, LLC where she changed roles and became a licensed Insurance Agent and took on the role of Personal Lines Service Advisor for almost 3 years and working towards her CISR Designation.
Outside of work Sarah Lynn and her family are members of St. John the 23rd Catholic Church. She has volunteered a few times for Habitat for Humanity. She also raises chickens on their property in the town of Port Washington. Growing up, her family had chickens and she enjoyed raising and learning the values about them and their eggs. She wanted her children to have the same experience and learning values.
Sarah resides in the Town of Port Washington with her husband, Tom, their three boys, Jacob, Caleb, and Eli, and their three dogs – Toby, Marley, and Paislee. She enjoys camping, gardening, bowling, reading, and watching her boys at their sporting events.
