They are so wonderful and easy to work with. Have had them insure my car and home for years. A couple of years ago my pole bar roof collaped under the weight of the roof and they were easy to work with, got my whole pole barn rebuild through a reputable builder and it is beautiful.

I want to say how much I love Tim, Sarah Rose and Sarah R!! Tim and the girls are amazing to work with. Anytime you walk in their office they are always welcoming, kind, fun and just wonderful. I love the relationship we have built over the last 3 years. I know they take great care of their customers and treat them like family just like Kelmann does. That’s why we all work so well together. I am so pleased with Tim Chopp and his staff at Insurance Innovations in Grafton, WI. We moved our home and auto to Insurance Innovations earlier this year, then one month ago, my 19-year-old daughter crashed her car when she hit a deer going approximately 50 miles an hour in Mequon. Thankfully, my daughter was not injured. Adding to my gratitude is the fact that my insurance provider immediately jumped into action, providing her with a loaner car and got the damaged car into a body shop very quickly. The work on the car was done very thoroughly and no one would ever know that it had been in a major accident and the turnaround time was brief and impressive. Thank you Tim and staff for providing such a quality service!

Insurance Innovations (Tim Chopp) has been our agent for the last number of years. When our family was growing and cars being added Tim was always available with his insight and how best to handle any changes that needed to be made. Tim responds to our calls in a timely fashion and reviews the renewal policies when they come in to see if any changes can be made to ensure the best policy for the best cost.

I switched over to Tim/Insurance Innovations 4-years ago after 20+ years with American Family. At that time, Tim provided a thorough review of my coverage, suggested needed changes, and lowered my premium cost considerably. Since that time Tim has provided outstanding and timely service. The process to switch insurance to Insurance Innovations, Inc was very easy. Tim guided me through the process and provided different quotes. All decisions were up to me and I never felt pressured to make specific choices. Tim made recommendations that were very helpful and beneficial. I did have a couple claims, and that process was very smooth too. Tim initiated them and followed up throughout the process. I'm glad we made the switch.

We switched our personal lines of insurance to Insurance Innovations earlier this year. Tim spent time learning about our insurance needs, including our previous usage. He was able to use that knowledge to find us extremely competitive rates compared to the increase our current carrier wanted to implement. In addition, Tim brought to our attention a processing error by our prior carrier that resulted in a $1,000 deductible being returned to us! We look forward to having him quote on our small business insurance this year as well. Highly recommend!
