I am so pleased with Tim Chopp and his staff at Insurance Innovations in Grafton, WI. We moved our home and auto to Insurance Innovations earlier this year, then one month ago, my 19-year-old daughter crashed her car when she hit a deer going approximately 50 miles an hour in Mequon. Thankfully, my daughter was not injured. Adding to my gratitude is the fact that my insurance provider immediately jumped into action, providing her with a loaner car and got the damaged car into a body shop very quickly. The work on the car was done very thoroughly and no one would ever know that it had been in a major accident and the turnaround time was brief and impressive. Thank you Tim and staff for providing such a quality service!

Insurance Innovations (Tim Chopp) has been our agent for the last number of years. When our family was growing and cars being added Tim was always available with his insight and how best to handle any changes that needed to be made. Tim responds to our calls in a timely fashion and reviews the renewal policies when they come in to see if any changes can be made to ensure the best policy for the best cost.

Tim has been covering our specialty insurance needs for construction layout in the Chicagoland area for many years. He has always jumped to provide coverage on our challenging and face paced projects. Always going above and beyond to satisfy our clients needs.

Tim has been my agent for several years and has provided excellent service. My kids have been in multiple accidents and has always been helpful with walking me through the claim process and always very responsive when I reach out. I also appreciate that he is looking out for me in that he makes sure I have the appropriate coverage at reasonable prices.

I switched over to Tim/Insurance Innovations 4-years ago after 20+ years with American Family. At that time, Tim provided a thorough review of my coverage, suggested needed changes, and lowered my premium cost considerably. Since that time Tim has provided outstanding and timely service. The process to switch insurance to Insurance Innovations, Inc was very easy. Tim guided me through the process and provided different quotes. All decisions were up to me and I never felt pressured to make specific choices. Tim made recommendations that were very helpful and beneficial. I did have a couple claims, and that process was very smooth too. Tim initiated them and followed up throughout the process. I'm glad we made the switch.

We switched our personal lines of insurance to Insurance Innovations earlier this year. Tim spent time learning about our insurance needs, including our previous usage. He was able to use that knowledge to find us extremely competitive rates compared to the increase our current carrier wanted to implement. In addition, Tim brought to our attention a processing error by our prior carrier that resulted in a $1,000 deductible being returned to us! Very creative and easy to work with "digitally", I rarely (if ever) have needed to go to the office. Everything has been done on line or via email / phone calls. Best part is that my rates have consistently gone down with the company they helped me to find. With my previous insurance provider there was an increase at least annually and sometimes more often than that due to "overall losses" the company incurred which had to be shared among ALL policy holders (even IF I had no claims at all....). I would highly recommend Doug Hansen and Associates to anyone looking for good quality support and effective coverage.....(I can't guarantee rate decreases like I have experienced, but I can say that it is what I have experienced).

Their ability to find the right company for each individual's need is so encouraging. So is their helpful manner.

I went to Doug Hansen several years ago after handling my own insurance needs directly with the insurance company. DH and Staff found me better insurance at a more competitive price. When I needed to change insurance companies because my current company would not insure property up north, DH and Staff set me up with another national company and they handled all of the phone calls and paperwork. I can stop in anytime for personal service and they are always available to render advice via e mail or phone calls.

I could not be happier with them. They know me and my insurance needs, and provide outstanding customer service.

Doug reviewed our insurance needs for property and auto in 2015 and replaced our coverage with better policies and a substantial reduction in our premiums! This was timely since I was retiring and needed the expense savings. He also helped me to understand the complicated Medicare world and got me the right Advantage C plan to fit my needs. I have been doing business with Doug for years! His whole team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I have never had to wait more than 12 hours for any kind of response. Most of my communication is via email, which is very helpful in this crazy world! They will take the time to shop prices and make sure you are protected the way you should be - not more than you need, but certainly enough to protect you and your family.
